    Anonymous , In such cases, we increase the timeout(Under Advance of connection) and try to load fewer data on the Desktop and more in the Service

Thanks amitchandak I will try. I have a question, this issue happens because of the server capacity, I mean there are a lot of data that break the connection or something like that?
