[Error] - Couldn't load the data for this visual

Hey guys, I was developing some dashboards connecting in dev databases and when I finished my work and tryed to connect in Production databases (the exact same tables) this error showed up:

And the strangest part is some of the visuals shows up, but others don't see the screenshot below:

I have some tables in Import mode and other in DirectQuery and both of them either work or not.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

I already tried to create from blank the dashboard and it gets other error:

And if the same connections I validated in the SQL and it worked fine...

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please try to downgraded  to the Sepetember x64 Version or the October x64 Version? Please refer to the similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Direct-Query-issues/idi-p/836711

Hello,

I never use direct query, it causes problems as you have shown below.  I would flip everything over to import mode and give that a go.

Yes, I tried but as you can see the error goes both waysimage.pngimage.png happens for the Import table as well... not only direct query

Have a look at this link. Prehaps it is a timeout issue?
