Error - Attempted to read or write protected memory.

Hi All

I'm new to using Power BI but really enjoying learning this powerful tool.

I'm having a problem trying to connect to Sage Line 50 V24.1, I get the error "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." The details are below. I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions you might have.
