Enterprise PowerBI Governance

Looking for guidance, common experience, references on creating PowerBI Governance documentation for a medium size organization with 4 departments looking to build self service/citizen developers.  Issues include: Desktop development, Workspace management, Data Source Management, Sercurity, Version Control and many many more.

    Thanks Tom, I have reviewed the knowledge stuff from Coates as well as the MS documentation on this topic -- all very good.  Was hoping to find practical applications or community members in the throes of developing governance that might run parallel to what is being worked in my organization.
