Hi @YohanJK,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. I have identified an alternative workaround that may assist in resolving the thread.

The "Enter your email address" prompt typically appears when Power BI Desktop requires authentication to access full functionality, such as service integration and organizational content.

To resolve this, please ensure the following:

  • You're signed in using your work or school account.
  • You're using the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

If the prompt continues to appear even after signing in, we recommend clearing any cached credentials and, if possible, reinstalling Power BI Desktop via the Microsoft Store version, which tends to offer better session handling.

If you have any doubts regarding this, please feel free to reach out to us. We will be happy to help you. If this post helps, then please give us ‘Kudos’ and consider Accept it as a solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

Thank you for using Microsoft Community Forum.

Hi @YohanJK

I'm also facing the same issue. Now I log out of the account and use the import option to publish the report to the service.
