Enter text into a table like in ms word

Hi I need to create a table without adding any fields to it but by typing it in similar to ms word. Is this possible in Power BI.

i would like to create a data dictionary in my report but would have liked it in a table format but I guess I can use the enter data function but that means I would need another query which I didn't want
