Hi all
I have a query on a sql db with more than 2 million rows.
I'd like to reduce the update time in my report by asking for an update start date when opening the file... is this possible?

Hi @DiePic,
AFAIK, the common power bi report seems not support these features. You can try to parametrize your connection string with query parameter and use it to create a template. It will ask you to input the parameter when you open the template file.

Hi @DiePic ,
Have you tried using the relative date filters in Power Query? Below sample is filtered to include the previous 12 months only relative to the current date
