Hello Power BI Community,
I'm currently exploring how to ensure that subscribers receive full data when exporting reports as PDF or Excel from Power BI, particularly from detail tables containing IVR data. These detail tables typically consist of one date field and 30-40+ duration metrics represented in HH:MM:SS format.
I've encountered instances where only partial data is exported, and I'm looking for insights or best practices to ensure that subscribers receive the complete dataset, including all date fields and duration metrics.
Can you provide guidance on how to configure Power BI subscriptions or reports to ensure that all data is included in the export, especially from detail tables with multiple metrics and duration fields?
Thank you for your assistance.

@manoj_0911 , Excel should have all data unless it crosses the limit. PDF is usually a screenshot so might miss that
