Enhanced Scatter Chart not showing the backdrop

So I used to be able to see the backdrop on my desktop version. Then when I published it I couldn't see it on PBI online. Now after fiddling around with it, I can't even see the backdrop on my desktop version. Has anyone come across with this issue?
