Enhanced Scatter Chart - Aligning data with image

Good Afternoon, 

I am looking to use the Enhanced Scatter Chart, and am having trouble figuring out how to get the data to line up with the backdrop image. For instance, I have a building floorplan and data that corresponds to specific locations on the floorplan. How do I ensure that the bubbles of the scatter chart overlay the corresponding area of the floorplan?

@spencer_g That's more the sort of thing the Synoptic Panel visual is meant for.

Thanks KHoresman! I was interested in the capabilities of both, and wondered which would better suite my purpose. I had my suspicions that Synoptic Panel was the way to go, and you've confirmed that.
