End of year December month or latest month data in Dax

Hi,

I need pick past year december Amounts and current year latest month amount value by using dax measure. Please find the screenshot below. I need dax measure for Result column.

Have year column or use date table and have year there

Year = year([date])

A measure like

Calculate( lastnonblankvalue(Table[Date]), Sum(Table[Amount]) , Allexcept(Table, Table[Year]))
