Encountering "Encryption Support" error message while trying to connect to PostgreSQL database

Hi Folks,

I have been encountering an error message while trying to connect to PostgreSQL database. Here's the screenshot of the error-

I clicked on 'OK' and it prompted to enter credentials. I enetered the credentials and once I clicked 'Connect', it prompted with the below credentials error message even though they are valid-

I also tried to turn off the 'Encrypt connections' under File->Options and settings->Data source settings->Edit Permissions

But no luck unfortunately.
I had never faced any issues while connecting to this server from Power BI Desktop before. Could someone please help me out?
