    Hello telusive 

    To reflect Power Apps changes in Power BI without refreshing the entire dataset, use Power Automate to trigger a partial refresh of only the project list when a user updates data. Split the large timesheet into a separate dataset to avoid full refreshes. For interactivity, use gallery selection in Power Apps to filter the form based on the selected item, or embed the Power Apps visual directly in Power BI for real-time sync.
