Enabling automatic refresh of powerapp or creating a refresh button for 1 table for the user?
Hello telusive
To reflect Power Apps changes in Power BI without refreshing the entire dataset, use Power Automate to trigger a partial refresh of only the project list when a user updates data. Split the large timesheet into a separate dataset to avoid full refreshes. For interactivity, use gallery selection in Power Apps to filter the form based on the selected item, or embed the Power Apps visual directly in Power BI for real-time sync.
Thanks

Hi telusive,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
I’d like to confirm that I’ve correctly understood your requirement. Please let me know if any of the following points need clarification:
Automatically refresh the Power BI table after a Power Apps form submission.
Allow users to manually refresh only the relevant project table.
Filter the form on the right based on the selection made in the left-side Power BI table.
Looking forward to your confirmation.
Kind regards,
Prasanna Kumar
