Enabling Inbuilt Copilot in Power BI Desktop

You should be able Copilot from the home tab but this requires at least F64 capacity. If you don't have such, you can't use copilot. Note: a trial capacity cannot be used.

Copilot is currently available only in Power BI Service (Fabric).
The Copilot feature you enabled applies to the web version of Power BI, not Power BI Desktop.
To access Copilot:
- Go to https://app.powerbi.com
- Sign in using your Admin or licensed account.
- Open a workspace that’s hosted in a Fabric capacity (F64 or higher).
- You should see the Copilot icon on the top bar or in the Explore tab.
Please note that Power BI Desktop does not yet support Copilot; its integration is planned for a future release.
