Trying to use Power BI at my company, we cannot get copilot to work, we have created two types of workspaces: Premium Per User, and a Fabric Trial workspace and with both copilot is not working getting the following error:
Also on power bi Desktop suggestion with Copilot is greyed out.
What can I do is there any tenant setting need to enable, also can I use Copilot on premium per user or fabric trial workspaces?

Hi @akhaliq7 ,
According to the screenshot of your error, it shows that the capacity and permissions of your workspace do not meet the requirements for using copilot. Copilot requires your organization to have a paid Fabric capacity (F64 or higher) or Power BI Premium capacity (P1 or higher). Unfortunately, Copilot is not supported on trial SKUs or Power BI Premium Per User workspaces. If your organization is using a Premium Per User workspace or a Fabric Trial workspace, Copilot will not function as these do not meet the necessary capacity requirements.
If you want to use copilot in workspace, you can verify that your organization has the correct paid capacity (F64 or higher for Fabric or P1 or higher for Power BI Premium). and whether the tenant administrator allows tenant members to use copilot in the tenant settings.
If you are a tenant administrator and you want to enable copilot for a tenant, you can go to the admin portal to enable the settings

Have been struggling with this as well. Read the documentation and other posts like this, I have set the tenant settings (yes I am admin of a F64 capacity). Paused and restarted. Created new workspace attached to the paid capacity. Still get the same message. Any ideas?
I think I can answer my own question. I only changed the capacity from F8 to F64 this morning. When I create a new workspace, eventhough it shows the F64 capacity under license info in the workspace, the admin portal still shows it as F8. I guess it takes a bit longer to trickle through.
Why does it not work on embedded and is there an info whether this will be possible?
That makes sense, unfortunately, we don't have f64 or premium capacity licenses.
