Empty Dataset returned from Adobe Analytics

Hello,

I am running into issues pulling data via the Adobe Analytics connector. I was able to do it successfully one time, however, since then, I have been unsuccessful. 

I am able to see all of the correct report suites, measures, and dimensions, however, when I try to apply 2 segments to the data and adjust the date range, the preview takes forever to refresh and eventaully shows the columns, but an empty data set. 

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
