Employee of the month

So here I will explain in detail so my team wants to calculate the best employee of the month. The data is as shared in the screen shot below, 

The employee should have maximum total hrs, Minimum waiting for task, zero QA bug, zero Process bug

this is the simple logic behind it. Now this is May month data,  I need a measure to sum the values of Individual name for that month and compare with the MAX & Min values for eg,

As highlighted in the table, PowerbI should first sum all the values against each name and then perform the aggregation operations here from the table its clearly seen that Ankita is the best performer of the month.

In the above screenshot total working hours of ankita is 22 (max), waiting for task in 10(min), QA miss is zero & process bus is also zero. I need this dynamic everymonth it should be updated.

I want to basically understand the best performer for that month. Also the show card shouldn't change with any filter applied.
