Microsoft Publisher's original purpose was as a desktop publishing tool: Business Cards, Brochures, and menus. It is a (printed) page layout program.  It is not aimed at digital content and has no online equivalent in the Microsoft 365 landscape.    The ability to add HTML fragments was depreciated long ago, which limits the ability to embed HTML content.

You can however use a different layout program that supports embedding iframes.

Also, there is an option with Power BI to export a report to PowerPoint or as a PDF.

Hello,

Yes, you can embed Power BI visuals into a Microsoft Publisher file. Power BI allows you to create interactive and dynamic visualizations, which can be easily shared with others. To embed Power BI visuals into Microsoft Publisher, follow these steps:

  1. Create the Power BI report:

    • Open Power BI Desktop or go to the Power BI service online.
    • Import your data and design the visuals you want to include in your report.
  2. Publish the report to the Power BI service:

    • If you created the report in Power BI Desktop, save the report and then publish it to the Power BI service.
    • If you created the report directly in the Power BI service, skip this step.
  3. Get the Power BI embed code:

    • Once your report is published to the Power BI service, open it there.
    • Click on the "File" menu and select "Embed report."
    • In the dialog box that appears, customize the report settings as needed (e.g., filter pane visibility, navigation pane visibility, etc.).
  4. Copy the embed code:

    • In the same dialog box, you'll see the embed code for your report. Click the "Copy" button to copy the code to your clipboard.
  5. Insert the embed code into Microsoft Publisher:

    • Open your Microsoft Publisher file where you want to insert the Power BI report.
    • Go to the "Insert" tab in Publisher.
    • Click on the "Online Video" option (Note: Although it says "Online Video," you can also use it for embedding other online content like Power BI visuals).
  6. Insert the Power BI report:

    • In the "From a Video Embed Code" window that appears, paste the Power BI embed code you copied earlier.
    • Click the "Insert" button.
  7. Preview and adjust as needed:

    • You should now see the Power BI report embedded within your Microsoft Publisher file.
    • You can resize and adjust the report as necessary to fit your layout.
  8. Save and share:

    • Save your Microsoft Publisher file with the embedded Power BI report.
    • You can now share this Publisher file with others, and they will be able to view the interactive Power BI visuals within it.

Keep in mind that the Power BI report will be interactive within the Publisher file. Users can interact with the visuals, apply filters, and explore the data as they would in the Power BI service.

thank you so much.

i will try this and revert back on result
