I know that traditioanl Power BI Workspace Apps do not work well in an iFrame (it strips off the side navigation). Before I dig into it I was wondering if the new still in preview Org Apps work better in an iFrame? I was hoping to get real feedback before I went in that direction.
Love to hear from someone that has used or knows more about Org Apps and iFrames.
thanks
Alan

Hi @asjones
Transitioning to the new Org Apps won't resolve the issue because Microsoft intentionally strips the side navigation when embedding via an iFrame to avoid "double chrome" or nested menus. For a professional integration that maintains full UI control and synchronized navigation, the Power BI Embedded JS SDK is the only real solution. If development isn't an option, the most practical workaround is to move the navigation logic directly into the report using buttons, bookmarks, or the native Page Navigation feature, as these internal elements are treated as report content and will remain visible within the iFrame.

Hi @asjones ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
Hi @Ritaf1983 , Thank you for your prompt response.
Hi @asjones , No, the new Org Apps (Preview) still do not work properly inside an iFrame, and they behave the same as traditional Workspace Apps when embedded. You can embed individual reports using Secure Embed or Power BI Embedded not workspace apps or org apps.
Please refer below links.
