Embedded Web link not updating

Hi I need some help....

I have created a report with 3 visuals being generated from Excel data.

I have refrehsed and saved the EXCEL file, and the PBIX file as well. However the embedded link I shared is not refreshing to show the new data. I have generated a new link and it still shows the old data...

Any thoughts?
