Hello,
I have embedded a few Power Bi visuals into a Power Point presentation. I have set up manual refreshes for my Power Bi report which is fine, however every time I am opening the Power Point presentation, I have to manually refresh each visual so that the last data are shown.
Is there a way to avoid the manual refresh of all the visuals in the Power Point presentation?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Aria89 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your problem. Power BI does not support automatic refresh of Power BI data in PowerPoint currently. When you embed a live Power BI report page or visual to PowerPoint, it will be refreshed with the new data and any changes made to the report page when the PowerPoint is opened. However, you need to manually refresh each visual every time you open the PowerPoint presentation to see the latest data. Here are some workrounds, hope it can help you find another insights.
Use marco: Auto Refresh Powerbi data in Powerpoint - Page 2 - Microsoft Fabric Community
Third-party tool: PowerBI Tiles Pro
Best Regards

thanks a lot for the response. Yes, I noticed that I have to close the Power Point file and when I re-open it the updated data are there (following manual refresh and publishing the report). What I had not realised was that after the refresh I had to close the power point file and open it again.
