Embedded Power BI Report Dynamics 365 Sales Filter

Hi,

I want to Embed a Power BI report into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub. The end user will go to a page called Action Plan for a  customer and they will see the action plan for this.

The url will look something like this (I have made the unique id in Bold)

https://abc-crm-prod.crm21.dynamics.com/main.aspx?appid=98f6e341-6c6c-ef91-43cf-0022481b5be8&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=abc_actionplan&id=20g077c6-54d6-ef41-t305-5524481r14g6

How do I get the Power BI report to filter the field abc_actionplan id in the Power BI report so it filters the data that the guid the url is on?
