Email Table based on Dashboard Alert
Hi
I have a Dashboard set up with a card tile and Table tile. Can anyone provide me guidance on how I could email the table to multiple recipients based on my alert meeting a certain threshold. In this senerio the threshold is > 0.
Basic example of Dashboard
At the moment I am using power automate to email multiple recipients a link to the master report when the card tile threshold is > 0. However they require the table in the body of the email.
thank you

Hi cottrera ,
Please try to use Power Automate to create a flow, when trigger the alert , export the table visual to pdf, then insert it into email body and send the email to others .
This is the best solution I could find for you so far.

Hi v-binbinyu-msft thank you for your response and link to the many power automate solutions. However the link did not have any that matched my request above .

Hi v-binbinyu-msft than you again for your reply . It looks like your solution is correct 😁However from what i can see I need a premium licence for me to impliment this. Unfortunately I only have a pro licence and this does not seem to offer the export table visual to PDF 😕
