Email Domain Error Preventing Fabric Trial Sign-In

Hi, I’m Suyeon J.

I tried to sign in to start using the Fabric Trial Capacity, but I was rejected with the message "contact your admin." So, I contacted my admin, and we checked my email address. When she searched for my email, we found that my email profile had omitted the last part of the domain, like "xxx@domain.co."

This issue is not only affecting me but also my co-workers.

How can we change our email domain in our email addresses?

Again, your organizations messaging Administrators handle this or have a pathway for technology support and maintenance.  The previous reply below stands.  This is not an end user activity, especially, as any workproduct created under the tenancy is the property of the organization, and would follow any governmenatal rules and requirements of the local or home country.   In this case, Bluedigm (https://www.bluedigm.co.kr/) is a Korean entity that concentrates on areas such as digital banking, B2B fintech, finance, data construction services, and Web3.0 intelligent web technology .  This is an Bluedigm interal organizational matter only.

Your organization's Office 365 and Fabric administrators are responsible for evaluating and making any necessary user account changes to access, manage, and integrate related to a trial of Enterprise Software and Services such as Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric. Please raise the appropriate internal service request with your questions so that they may assist further.

My organization's domain is 'bluedigm.com'. However, my fabric administrator can only access 'gsy022774@bluedigm.co'. Could you help me change this to the correct 'bluedigm.com' email address?
