I am sorry that I cannot edit the above reply, so I put addition explanation here.

 

The common usage of relation in your case is use fact table as the center, all the data will be normal, but when use company to filter the account, it will across the fact, the company 1 in fact table has no A05 account, so it will not display A05 in the matrix, so the country SALVADOR is the same. And the fact table need all the company, country and account to calculate totol correctly.
