Efficiency - creating table pre-load or merging in Power BI

If i'm merging three tables, all about 5000 rows and 10 cols; is it more efficient to do it preload or in Power Query as a new merge table?

@Anonymous , If you can bring a single table from DB, that would be good.

 

Otherwise merge in Power query is the best option.
