Editing the names in the report for newly joined staff

I want to delete few and add new names to the report as some of my colleagues left and new joined to our team.

Should I just edit the contents of the Excel file on my pc and refresh the Bi Report?

Hello @mamedoff_korea ,

Yes adjust the excel file and then refresh the power bi report and you should get the updated data.

you could also keep the old people and add the new ones to the excel and add a new column that specifies if employees are activeor not, thus you'll have a history of data and you can set the filter in power bi to show only active.
