Editing Credentials - Invalid Token

Hello,
I've been working with data extracted from Dynamics 365 Online for a while now using a corporate account and, out of the blue, it started to take a very long time to establish a connection with the databanks and then I am getting the following message for all my different databanks (all from different companies):

"The service has returned an invalid token.  Get in touch with your admin if the issue persists"

I have been in contact with all the companies and nothing was changed, when I change computers it works perfectly fine and my colleages also keep working without a hitch with those credentials.

I trying everything, form cleaning the cache to uinstalling PBI Desktop to no avail and it just prevents me from doing my work.

Is there anything I can do since I really don't want to have to format my computer.
Thank you all in advance

  • fbarao , In power bi desktop, Under home Tab-> Transform Data -> Data source credential -> Clear permission and try again with credential

On power BI service, Click on three dots of the dataset, and click on settings. and then edit data source credentials

I seem to be having the same issue.  Tried your suggestion and it didn't work.

I suspect its something deeper than the application.  Anything done online through the browser is fine, its something after logging in.  The spinny wheel hangs for a couple of minutes before the "Invalid Token" appears.

Restarting the laptop works for a hour or two before it reoccures.  Any solutions would be very helpful.
