The REST API endpoint may look like this URL: https://consumption.azure.com/v1/enrollments/{enrollmentNumber}/marketplacecharges
We should generate an API key. Please have a try.

v-jiascu-msft thank you for the details, i will try to take a look.. i already managed to understand the api is not what i think it should be..
hopefully this wil lsolve my issues
