Editable and Non-Editable Table in Power BI

With the actual data (current composition; non editable) on the left and on the right side the envisioned composition (percentages editable with check at bottom) (see below). This would also de-clutter the page.

 

Is this possible to have similar table in Power BI to get the user inputs and use the same in the visual..

    Please use Power App and hide the 1st column. Please share the data in Excel format.
