Edit values in query editor
Hi parry2k ,
Thanks for the reply. But if i have 2 rows and both the rows having value as 4,4 and i would like to change it to 5,6 then with the helpl of replace value function it looks like we ould not able to achieve that.
Thanks
Anonymous add new column for index which will have value 1 and 2 and then add another custom column by adding index column and your old column, it will give you incremental value and in next step remove columns you don't need and rename column title. There is a way lot flexibility when it come to power query, you need to explain your problem well so that you can have exact solution to your problem

Hi parry2k ,
I just want to add one column which will have 10 rows but there is logic in those nummbers. Those all are random numbers. So i was just curious whether we can add that column in Power Query directly/manually or if we dont have any other way then we need to go back in source(Excel file) and need to add that column values in excel. My first preference is to add in query editor that is why i am curious on is there any way to do it in Power BI itself.
Thanks
