Edit interactions wont turn off

over the last few sessons that edit interactions doesntturn off and Im not sure what to do. (I have the latest version. May)

For instanc, I decide that an interaction I turned off needs turning back on.

I click on the visual that controls the interaction. CLick edit interactions and note the black circle over the visual in question. I click on the black circle and no matter what I do it doesnt clean (Interaction back on)

Is there an issue with this at the moment?

You can just click the filter button beside the block button.
