If you cannot modify the data in the query editor, you can only use DAX to create new columns as Greg_Deckler said.
Because there is no concept of cells in power Bi, you can only use DAX to create new columns, or use M query in query editor to modify the data.https://radacad.com/conditional-column-in-power-bi-using-power-query-you-can-do-anything
