If you cannot modify the data in the query editor, you can only use DAX to create new columns as Greg_Deckler said.

You could create a new column like:
if [ID] = "id2" then "UK" else if [ID] = "id5" then "FR" else [country]
or in DAX
SWITCH([ID],
"id2","UK",
"id5","FR",
[country]
)
