Edit Table which would edit db

I am looking to edit the PowerBI report table (and make it like a form) so the user can edit the required data and save, which would edit the backend db. Basically something like a UI form rather than building a Web app to show and edit this data. Has anybody done this? I was exploring PowerApps to do something like this but looks like it does not have a MongoDb (CosmosDB) connector

It is unsupported for users to edit the Power BI report table to operate the database. Power BI Desktop is an application that lets you connect to, transform, and visualize your data. Power BI Service is a collection of software services, apps, and connectors that work together to help you create, share, and consume business insights in the way that serves you and your business most effectively. They are based on the data from the data source. You are unable to modify the data in the data source with Power BI.

Hi @sidkasat,

Power BI is a business intelligence tool not an edit tool so you don't have the option to make the edition of the database from the PBI.

Although as you refer there is the option for the Power Apps visual to make the edition of data.

Check if there is anyone in power apps or in power automate forum that knows how to connect to mongodb.
