Edit Interactions not working

Hi

I have 2 bar charts on a page. One has a measure broken down by month and the other needs to show data from the latest date. I want a data slicer to control what months are shown in the top chart but I don't want this to affect what the bottom chart shows as that will be static with the latest data based on date. However, when I add the data slicer, edit interactions and only have the filter turned on on the top chart and turned off on the bottom chart. When I turn on months using the data slicer both charts change which they shouldn't, only the top chart should change with the interactions I have set. I'm using the latest version - Version: 2.90.1081.0 64-bit (February 2021)

Above image shows the 2 charts and their interactions. Top chart should filter using the data slicer and the bottom chart shouldn't, but they both do.

Any ideas it's driving me mad.

@rykbreakspeare was having issue with Feb 2022 version then rollback to some older version like Nov 2020 so works perfectly.

Actually, was having an issue with Feb 2022 version. Incremental refresh office was not visible so switch back to old version which installed on my pc( thankfully). Now it's visible.
