Edit Interaction on visuals in Tooltip pages?

Greetings,

I have a Power BI Report with one "date slicer" and two visuals.
Visual-A is sliced by the "date slicer"
Visual-B is unaffected by the "date slicer". This was set up via "Edit Interactions" menu

 

I have a custom tooltip page which also has above two visuals and want to behave exactly the same way as above, however, there is no way to selectively disable Edit Interaction only on Visual-B on the custom tooltip page.

 

Has anyone got any suggestions?
