EXPORTING

From the dashboard on insights, i see the export tab in the upper left. I drop it down the analyze in Excel is grayed out, can i export to excel?

    Hi DMAYER ,

     

    The Analyze in Excel option is grayed out because that feature requires additional setup: you need the Excel add‑in for Power BI (or Fabric, depending on your environment) and the right license/permissions. It’s not available directly from the Insights dashboard unless your admin has enabled it.

    From the Export tab you can choose Export summarized data or Export underlying data to get a .xlsx or .csv file. That gives you a static copy in Excel.
