EXCLUDE VALUE in ROW Level security - manage roles
Hi all,
I am pretty new to Power BI. Hope you guys can help.
I have added a row level security for the sales representatives (so they can only see their own numbers).
Is it possible to EXCLUDE certain values (in this case: customers) from their view as well? So instead of giving the values which they can see, I would like to exclude a couple of values/customers from their view.
Is this possible? And if so, how should I do it?
Thanks a lot,
Jerome

Hi,
You can try to create DAX code like below in Manage roles page.Best Regards,

Hello Amy,
Thank you for your response.
Will this exclude the customers? Or should I mention all the customers and skip the ones that I don't want the sales rep to see?
Kind regards,
Jerome

Hi JeromeBonte ,
Yes, you can exclude the customer names that you don't want the sales rep to see in the list behind < >.
