Hello All!
I applied the formula SELECTCOLUMNS and I duplicated my database, because then I can select a table with the different weeks (Please check the image 01 attached) Week Base will filter the orders of Orders Base and Week Comparison will filter Orders Comparison according to the week selected.
The database that I copied and the original has a relationship made by the Product number. What I want to do and now I have a problem is to apply the filter on different weeks and compare the values, but it works just with one filter .
My database has the format of the columns as described below:
WEEK (text format) | Client | Date of the quantity(Date format) | Product group | Product Number | Values
Week represents the week of system data extraction.
I hope that someone can help me, I would be really grateful.
Thanks! Alexandre Rosa.
Hi @Anonymous ,
"I need a filter that is just applied into one column in the table as described in the image and another into one column (Column Orders Base and Orders Comparison)."
Do you want the ‘Week Base’ slicer to only apply to the “Orders Base” column and the ‘Week Comparison’ slicer to only apply to the ‘Orders Comparison’ column? In other words, each slicer only filters one column?
Do you mind sharing your .pbix file?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

As per my understanding you need relationship with Product & Client for both tables.
In this case you do not need dates from Date Dimension.
Filters of week should be coming from Base table. 1 from weekbase & 1 from weekcomparison

@Anonymous , Not very clear.
The one option is that - You can use in place of date range- this https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Comparing-Data-Across-Date-Ranges/ba-p/823601
Basically I need to understand how to create a DAX code that is based into what I select in the slicers
Hello! Thanks for your support. But it does not fit into my request... It would be possible to schedule 5 min skype call? Then I could show you really fast what I need.
I need a filter that is just applied into one column in the table as described in the image and another into one column (Column Orders Base and Orders Comparison).
