Hi, OK I don´t need a relation between dates, but I don't succed in obtaining the employee turnover formula.

I need a card with

Turnover Global 12 months rolling (from the actual month counting the 12 past months)

Nº employees terminated during the last 12 months / Average demployees of the last 12 months

The average employees of the last 12 months should be calculated = active employees each month / 12 months or starting employees + ending employees /2, but how I put in the formula is for the last 12 months?

    Hello!

    I have:

    A table (1-RRHH) with the following iformation:

    Employees:

    Starting date & Status:

    Ending date (if blank they are still working)

    And a Table with a Calendar:

    What I want to obtain is 2 visuals:

    One Tarjeta like this 

    The formula should be: Nº employees terminated during the last 12 months / Average employees of the last 12 months

     

    And 2 grafics that show the employee historical turnover by months and by years, the formula should be Nº employees terminated during the month or year showed / Average employees of the the month or year showed

     

    something like this 

    Per month

    Per year
