EBITDA bridge / waterfall
Dear PowerBI users,
For analysis purposes I would like to create a visual showing an EBITDA bridge also known as a waterfall. The EBITDA bridge should start with EBITDA 2017 actuals and end with EBITDA 2017 budget. The starting total should be EBITDA 2017 actuals, followed by the first variance item revenue (absolute difference between revenue actuals -/- budget), 2nd Cost of sales (same difference as revenue), 3rd Staff costs, 4th Other costs, resulting in a total EBITDA 2017 budget.
In the standard EBITDA bridge I could not create such a waterfall but would be great if you could help us out.

Could youplease share us some sample data? So that we can make further analysis. In Power BI, a waterfall chart shows a running total as values are added or subtracted. It's useful for understanding how an initial value (for example, net income) is affected by a series of positive and negative changes.
