Dynamically remove options on slicer, regardless on checked state

Hi v-menakakota thank you for the link. 

The problem is not how to create the logic that removes the slicer options. 

The problem is that if there is a mix of unselected and selcted options, as in the example picture, then they are not removed. Maybe this is intentional as to show the user what they selected, but I would like to be able to remove all of them.

    Hi TalkingBits ,

    Thanks for explaining. This behaviour is actually by design in Power BI. If a user has already selected or interacted with a slicer value, the slicer keeps showing it so users don’t lose track of their selections. Because of that, visual-level filters or measures won’t fully remove those items from the slicer list.

    Right now there isn’t a direct way to always hide those values. If you need full control, you could try using a disconnected table or a custom slicer setup so only the allowed values appear.
