Dynamically change hierarchy levels based on RLS in PowerBI Service

Hi all, 

 

is there a way to dynamically change the hierarchy levels based on a Role in the RLS within PowerBI Service and Import mode? 

 

Example: 

USER A: Sees hierachy slicer visual with NORTH AMERICA -> USA - > State

USER B : Sees (same visuals; from same table; same column with USA-> State 

 

So based on his role LEVEL 0 on the hierachy will be either NORTH AMERICA or USA. 

 

Is there a way on how to achieve this?

    Hi nrobi,

     

    As far as I know, there are no any options to do it in Power BI currently. You can add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature. :smileyhappy:

      Besides PowerBI, 

       

      Is there a potential Solution in SSAS Tabular with live connection or similar but using PowerBI Service?
