Dynamically change columns in Matrix

Is it possible to use a matrix (or any other Power BI) option to achieve the following:   I have 3 types of columns - year, yearmonth and week number. The rows and values in the matrix are the same...

    Alternatively, is there another way the user can select from a list on one page and the matrix is able to load on another page based on the value selected?
