Dynamically Change the Legend in a Clustered Column Chart?

I would like to create a clustered column chart that allows uses to see information based on their selected value (e.g., gender, ethnicity, age group, etc.).     For example, in the image below, users can select gender and see the data.

Or the users can select ethnicity and see the data---this is all on the same page.

 The tableau dashboard referenced above can be accessed here.    Can this be done in Power BI?
