Dynamically Change password connection for snowflake

Hello Everyone,

We want to be able to regularly update passwords (password rotation) for improved security (periodically change the password for our service account in Snowflake).

Do you know how we can manage that in Power BI in a way that is much more efficient than manually updating credentials in every report we have?

using REST APIs is possible just for Embedded Reports, Is that right?

It seems what I need is possible setting Power BI Gateways and we won't need a development calling the APIs for that. Do you know if that would be another way to achieve it?
