Hi All,
I have been teaching myself Power Bi for work and thought it would be fun to create a visual for our football fantasy league. I want to create a clustered column chart with a dynamic y axis that shows the total score but can also be filtered to show each individual line (Defence/Midfield/Forward).
I thought this would be simple, but I can't figure it out.
At first, I thought that Modelling > New Parameter > Feilds and adding each line as a field would work, but when I do that, it won't show any columns.
I've also tried adding slicers for each line but it only gives the option to filter the numbers in each column and not by the column itself.
Can anyone help show how to do this? I've included a sample of what the dataset would look like below (just at a smaller scale).
Thanks
| Manager | Defence | Midfield | Forward | Total |
| Manager A | 300 | 403 | 250 | 953 |
| Manager B | 280 | 423 | 267 | 970 |
| Manager C | 307 | 409 | 222 | 938 |

Hi, @bran23
Thanks @qqqqqwwwweeerrr . Allow me to share my insights. Here's a reference:
First, select the field that needs to be dynamically changed in the field parameters:
Use this field in the Y axis of the chart:
Here are the results:
In addition, you can refer to the link below, where you can create a dynamic Y-axis chart with a detailed description below. I have provided the PBIX file used this time below.
