Dynamic value in text

Hello

In my drill through page (for every product category) I want to change add the name of the product category at the top of the page. As you can see I added a text box in the top left corner of the page and added "product category" as dynamic, but it does not work. I can only see an icon of an eye with a slash through it instead of a the name of a product category.

Does anyone know what I do wrong?
Thank you in advance

Louis

  • Hi louisquinet

    Create a measure

    ProductCategory = SELECTEDVALUE(Table[Product Category])

    Use the measure in Dynamic Text or in Card Visual. Make sure then you Drill Through, only one Product Category should selected.

    Let me know if that works for you

    if you have no olbligation to use a textbox , try using a card visual instead.

    let me know if it works.

    In case there's only one product, you can try using the MAX(product category) for the proposed calculation instead.

    Another option is trying to use a card visual as stated in other replies.
